Daniel Chung, CPA joined Prism Places in 2021 and serves as Vice President of Accounting, bringing more than 15 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial operations. He leads property-level cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance visibility, with direct experience supporting assets of similar scale and complexity including Legacy West, Santa Monica Place, and Runway Playa Vista.

Daniel oversees portfolio-level reporting for Prism’s $3.4B platform across 3.3M SF of retail and 1.1M SF of office, supporting approximately $113M in gross receipts through timely, accurate budgeting and forecasting for partners and investors. He manages a six-person accounting team with deep experience reporting to institutions, family offices, lenders, and receivers including Invesco, Fortress, PGIM, Argentic, AllianceBernstein, McWhinney, Trigild, and Hilco. Prior to Prism, Daniel held roles at CBRE and CIM Group, where he led process improvement initiatives supporting reporting, audit, and control objectives. He earned a B.S. in Economics from UC Berkeley and holds his CPA designation.
