Greg Cuda is Senior Vice President of Leasing at Prism Places, where he leads leasing strategy and merchandising across Prism’s 4.4M square foot retail portfolio. Greg focuses on attracting and retaining best-in-class tenants, optimizing tenant mix, and positioning assets like Victoria Gardens for long-term occupancy and durable revenue growth.

Greg brings 20+ years of experience in retail leasing and merchandising. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Leasing at Glimcher Realty Trust overseeing West Coast leasing, and as Vice President of Leasing at Washington Prime Group leading leasing across the Western Region. He also served as Principal at Alberta Development Partners, supporting portfolio-wide development, leasing, and operations. Greg earned a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and is an ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist. He was nominated as an Elder at New Hope Church in Powell, Ohio in 2024.
