Julie Kauppi serves as Vice President of Construction and Tenant Coordination at Prism Places, bringing more than 25 years of experience in retail development and construction. Julie leads tenant coordination and construction management, overseeing CAPEX planning, project execution, and repositioning initiatives that support asset enhancement and leasing momentum. 

Prior to Prism, Julie served as Senior Vice President at CenterCal Properties, where she provided executive leadership across Tenant Services, Design, Creative Services, Contracts, and Document Control. Over the course of her career, Julie has successfully delivered and opened 950+ retail stores nationwide and is known for driving operational excellence while building long-term partnerships with tenants and the communities she serves. Julie has been a licensed General Contractor for 29 years.
