Kyle Faulkner serves as Senior Vice President of Investments at Prism Places, bringing 12 years of experience across real estate development, investment, and asset management. Kyle leads asset oversight and performance management, partnering closely on business plan execution, pro forma tracking, and strategic decision-making to drive long-term value across Prism’s portfolio.

Prior to Prism, Kyle was a Director at Madison Marquette, where he led new acquisitions and investment strategy for the Northeast office and managed institutional and foreign capital partnerships across Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York totaling $3B+. Earlier, he served as Finance Manager and Assistant Development Manager at CenterCal Properties, supporting underwriting, development execution, operations, asset management, and quarterly fund valuations across a $3B portfolio, including responsibility for underwriting and managing $1.5B+ in development projects across California, Utah, and Washington. Kyle began his career at Simon Property Group, supporting the spin-off of Washington Prime Group. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
