Lindsay Parton is Chairman of Prism Places and brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Prism, he served as President of DJM Capital Partners, overseeing acquisitions, construction, and development. He led multidisciplinary teams responsible for entitlements, governmental and community relations, architectural and land planning, construction management, and the marketing and positioning of development and redevelopment projects. Notable projects include Bella Terra and Pacific City in Huntington Beach, Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach, and Ovation in Hollywood. 

Mr. Parton is also co-founder and Chairman of Parton & Edwards Construction, a Santa Barbara–based construction and engineering company founded in 1980. In 1991, he formed a joint venture with Aoki Construction that delivered more than $1 billion in primarily public works projects throughout California. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Westmont College.
