Nadia Gregoriou serves as Chief Financial Officer of Prism Places, providing strategic financial leadership across the firm’s operations, investments, and long-term growth. She oversees financial strategy, capital allocation, acquisitions, development, accounting, treasury, and reporting, drawing on more than 20 years of institutional real estate finance experience, including senior leadership within a Blackstone platform.

Nadia joined Prism Places in 2021 as its founding Vice President of Accounting, establishing the firm’s accounting infrastructure and onboarding a $2.5 billion real estate portfolio. She now leads the financial platform she helped build as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Prism, Nadia served as Vice President of Accounting at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, overseeing corporate and property accounting for a $5 billion, 15 million SF portfolio while supporting major mergers and acquisitions. She previously held senior finance roles at Westwood Financial, CIM Group, and DLC Management. Nadia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.
