Rupesh Bhakta is the Chief Operating Officer of Prism Places, bringing deep expertise across acquisitions, development, financing, and asset operations within retail and mixed-use real estate. Prior to Prism, Rupesh spent 11 years at CenterCal Properties as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, where he helped lead the firm’s acquisition and development platform and supported the execution of high-profile projects including Station Park, 2nd & PCH, and The Village at Totem Lake. His experience spans acquisitions and dispositions, financing and refinancing, asset management, and leasing support.
Earlier in his career, Rupesh served as Director of Underwriting at Reza Investment Group, where he facilitated more than $1.8B in successful investment sale transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Urban Planning & Development from the University of California, San Diego, and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the El Segundo Education Foundation.
