Ryan Connolly serves as General Counsel at Prism Places, leading legal strategy and execution across LOIs, lease negotiations, and deal documentation. Ryan ensures transaction terms align with Prism’s business objectives, mitigate risk, and support efficient deal execution through close.

Ryan brings 16 years of legal experience, including prior roles as General Counsel for family offices in Texas and North Carolina, where he advised on investments, operations, and complex transactions. Earlier in his career, he practiced law representing real estate and business clients across transactional matters and high-stakes disputes. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Juris Doctor from the UNC School of Law. He also serves on the Board of High Mountain Enrichment.
