Stenn Parton is the Founder and CEO of Prism Places. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, and brand building, Stenn combines a long-term, fundamentals-driven approach with modern placemaking aligned to today’s cultural and customer demands. Under his leadership, Prism has grown from concept to a platform with $3.4B in AUM, 3.3M SF of retail, and 1.1M SF of office, delivering 39% NOI growth across the portfolio since inception. Prior to Prism, Stenn spent 12 years at DJM Capital Partners, serving as Chief Retail Officer. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development and earned honors as a member of the Order of the Laurel and Palm. Stenn also serves on the Board of Directors for the SEAL Future Foundation.
